Combine milk, sugar, corn starch, chocolate, cocoa powder and salt in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 11 minutes.
Whisk half of hot milk mixture slowly into eggs. Stir egg mixture into saucepan and cook 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly (do not let mixture boil). Stir in Country Crock® Baking Sticks and vanilla. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.
Evenly pour into 8 dessert cups. Cool slightly, then refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish, if desired with lightly sweetened whipped cream and grated chocolate.
