Ingredients:
1 -lb. cod fillet, cut into 4 pieces
4 Tbsp. Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 Tbsp. seasoned panko bread crumbs
Lemon wedges
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°.
Arrange cod on baking sheet. Combine Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil and lemon peel and spread on top of cod. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and press to adhere.
Bake 15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork.
Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with pan drippings. Serve with lemon wedges.
