Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 4 tsp. all-purpose flour
  • 12 slices 2% American cheese, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 8 ounces whole wheat elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Whisk milk, Country Crock® Spread and flour in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in cheese and seasoned salt until cheese is melted.
  4. Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir just until smooth. Stir in macaroni.
