  • 4 slices whole wheat Italian bread
  • 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Evenly spread Country Crock® Spread on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Arrange 2 bread slices, Spread side down, in heated 12-inch nonstick skillet. Top each slice with 1/2 of the cheese, pizza sauce and basil, then remaining bread slices, Spread side up.
  3. Cook sandwiches over medium heat, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
