Preheat oven to 350°. Fill roasting pan with 1-inch water and place on middle rack in oven. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine sugar with water in small saucepan and cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and turns golden. Remove from heat and stir in Crock® Baking Sticks until melted. Pour caramel into prepared pan and swirl to coat bottom of pan evenly. Cool 3 minutes.
Combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla in blender and process until blended. Carefully pour over caramel.
Place pan in water bath and bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until center of flan is set but still slightly jiggly. Cool 30 minutes in water bath on wire rack. Invert flan onto serving plate and chill 4 hours or overnight.
