Ingredients:
- 2 cups Country Crock Plant Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Method:
In an electric stand mixer outfitted with the whisk attachment, whisk all ingredients on high until the cream thickens and stiff peaks form.
