Easy Ways To Spice Up Your Veggies!

  • Toss sautéed veggies with a splash of balsamic, red wine or white wine vinegar to bring out their flavor!

  • Everyone loves bacon, stir in some chopped cooked bacon and sharp cheddar cheese chunks! YUM!

  • For easy “Buffalo” style veggies, simply sauté in Country Crock, then stir in some Buffalo Sauce and a sprinkle of blue cheese and enjoy.

  • Sprinkle sautéed veggies with Mexican Taco-style cheese and serve, or roll up in a flour tortilla for an easy veggie side dish (add in black beans for protein)

  • For “Gratin” style veggies, sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese and broil for a few minutes until golden brown and bubbly.  

  • Do your kids love Mac & Cheese- how about Veggies & Cheese- after sauteeing stir in some shredded cheddar and a little milk!
