Instructions

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Slice all vegetables thinly and evenly to 1/16'' thickness by using a mandoline slicer or knife.
  3. Arrange all slices on a paper towel and place another paper towel on top of it for 10 minutes until it absorbs extra moisture from the slices of the vegetables.
  4. Brush the melted Country Crock® Original Spread on vegetable slices thoroughly, and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Arrange slices overlapping each other in the air fryer basket, without overcrowding.
  6. Air fry at 315F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket to flip and turn the chips every 3-5 minutes.
  7. Now increase the temperature to 350 F for 8-10 minutes and check every 2 minutes.
  8. Take out the chips and allow them to cool for 5-7 minutes and become crispy.
  9. Sprinkle with some sea salt.
  10. Serve with guacamole or your choice of dipping sauce and enjoy.
