2 tablespoons Country Crock® Original Spread

- 1 fresh red beetroot
- 1 fresh golden beetroot
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 zucchini
- 1 parsnip
- 1 purple sweet potato
- 1 red candy cane beet
- 1 yellow candy cane beet
- salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly and pat dry.
- Slice all vegetables thinly and evenly to 1/16'' thickness by using a mandoline slicer or knife.
- Arrange all slices on a paper towel and place another paper towel on top of it for 10 minutes until it absorbs extra moisture from the slices of the vegetables.
- Brush the melted Country Crock® Original Spread on vegetable slices thoroughly, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Arrange slices overlapping each other in the air fryer basket, without overcrowding.
- Air fry at 315F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket to flip and turn the chips every 3-5 minutes.
- Now increase the temperature to 350 F for 8-10 minutes and check every 2 minutes.
- Take out the chips and allow them to cool for 5-7 minutes and become crispy.
- Sprinkle with some sea salt.
- Serve with guacamole or your choice of dipping sauce and enjoy.
