For the pasta salad:
1 pound fusilli pasta, cooked al dente
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
8-10 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh mozzarella, bite-size pieces
fresh basil and shredded parmesan

In a small bowl, combine melted Country Crock® Original Spread, garlic, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Combine thoroughly and set aside.
Cook pasta al dente, as per package instructions.
In a large bowl, add cherry tomatoes, onions, basil and parmesan.
Pour dressing all over it and mix well. Set aside for 7-10 minutes.
Now add cooked pasta to the mix and toss to combine.
Add bite sized pieces of mozzarella, and mix again.
Garnish with more basil and parmesan, serve and enjoy!
