1 cup Country Crock® Original Spread, semi-melted
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp thyme, finely chopped
1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
1 tsp red pepper flake
Salt & Pepper to taste

In a small mixing bowl, add the semi-melted Country Crock© Original Spread, lemon juice, zest,
garlic, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper and paprika. Mix everything together using either a whisk
or a spatula until fully combined and a creamy consistency is achieved.
Add in parsley, thyme, chives and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy this creamy, delicious Country Crock© dip with your choice of breads, grilled
meats and veggies!
