    • 1 cup Country Crock® Original Spread, semi-melted Original Spread
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 tsp lemon zest
    • 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp thyme, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp red pepper flake
    • Salt & Pepper to taste

    1. In a small mixing bowl, add the semi-melted Country Crock© Original Spread, lemon juice, zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper and paprika. Mix everything together using either a whisk or a spatula until fully combined and a creamy consistency is achieved.
    2. Add in parsley, thyme, chives and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
    3. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Serve and enjoy this creamy, delicious Country Crock© dip with your choice of breads, grilled meats and veggies!
    Ideas For Serving: Smashed potatoes, garlic bread, medium rare steak, chicken wings, baked artichoke, sautéed snap peas, sautéed button mushrooms.
