For the Coating:
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Country Crock Plant Cream, melted Country Crock Plant Butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  5. Shape the dough into small, bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the dough balls in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. They should be golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer, and while warm, roll them through the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
