  • 10 ounce dairy free semi-sweet chocolate bar, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, depending on thickness preference
  • 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Plant Butter with Olive Oil Sticks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  1. Combine the chocolate, almond milk and Country Crock Plant Butter in a small bowl over a barely simmering water bath. You can add more or less almond milk for your desired consistency and thickness.
  2. Stir until completely dissolved and incorporated.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  4. Mix and serve immediately.
