Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend milk, yogurt, egg, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add spinach to the blender and blend until fully incorporated, keep aside.
  3. Preheat the waffle maker and grease gently with Country Crock Plant Butter.
  4. Pour the waffle batter into the hot and greased waffle maker, close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the waffle bakes thoroughly or once it's crispy on the edges.
  5. Serve green waffles with Country Crock Plant Butter, Maple Syrup, or any other condiments and fruits of your choice!
