Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix the dough ingredients together. Press half the batter in the base of the prepared baking dish. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes while you prep the caramel.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the caramel ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Pour onto the par-baked base and crumble the rest of the dough on top.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Let it cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
