Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Stir the melted Country Crock® Original Spread, honey, brown sugar, maple syrup and Dijon mustard until smooth and set aside.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan large enough to hold it with room on the sides. Score the top surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making the cuts about 3/4-inches apart.
  4. Push a whole clove, point side down, into the center of each diamond in the ham.
  5. Spoon half of the Country Crock glaze over the ham.
  6. Roast the ham, uncovered, for 20 minutes, then spoon the rest of the Country Crock glaze on top. Roast for another 20 minutes, then baste the ham with the pan drippings.
  7. Roast for another 20 minutes (for a 3-pound ham) until the ham reaches 145 degrees F and is browned on top, basting every 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice and top with one last baste of the glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy!
