Instructions
Preheat the oven to broil.
In an oven-safe skillet, melt the Country Crock over medium heat.
Add in honey and mix. Then, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add lemon juice and chili flakes, stir well.
Add the salmon filets to the pan, skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes while basting the top
with the Country Crock Honey Garlic Sauce.
OPTIONAL: Now flip both the filets so the salmon is flesh side down and cook for 1-2 minutes
until golden brown, flipping the filets back to skin side down.
Season with salt and pepper and add a few lemon slices to the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the oven to broil for 5-6 minutes, until nicely charred on top.
For serving: Plate charred Honey Garlic Salmon with roasted vegetables of your choice and
drizzle the remaining buttery honey garlic sauce over the charred filets and enjoy!
Ideas for side dishes:
- Parmesan roasted broccoli
- Brown sugar balsamic roasted rainbow carrots
- Buttery Lemon Broccolini
- Buttery garlic green beans
*Basmati rice would be an excellent addition and would soak up this delicious sauce perfectly.
