1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon Country Crock® Plant Butter with Olive Oil Sticks, melted
1 lemon, zested

Combine the confectioners' sugar and lemon juice in a bowl with a whisk.
Add in the melted Country Crock Plant Butter.
Mix until the glaze looks smooth and make sure there are no lumps.
Add in the lemon zest, and the glaze is ready for use!
