Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread
- 4 hot dogs, cooked as per package instructions and cut into 6 equal pieces
- 6 mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in 3/4-inch squares
- 3 large eggs, for egg wash
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

4-6 tablespoons Country Crock® Original Spread, for pan frying

- 12 wooden skewers

Instructions
- Flatten each white bread with a rolling pin and cut into halves.
- Cut cooked sausage into 6 equal pieces.
- Add sausage - mozzarella - sausage to each skewer.
- Brush the half flattened bread piece with egg wash to help seal it and roll the prepared skewer.
- Dip each skewer in egg wash and roll in bread crumbs.
- Add Country Crock Original® Spread to the frying pan on medium heat and pan fry mini corn dogs until golden and crispy.
- Serve these hot crunchy golden mini corn dog snacks with aioli, ketchup and mustard or any other dips of your choice. Enjoy!
