Flatten each white bread with a rolling pin and cut into halves.
Cut cooked sausage into 6 equal pieces.
Add sausage - mozzarella - sausage to each skewer.
Brush the half flattened bread piece with egg wash to help seal it and roll the prepared skewer.
Dip each skewer in egg wash and roll in bread crumbs.
Add Country Crock Original® Spread to the frying pan on medium heat and pan fry mini corn dogs until golden and crispy.
Serve these hot crunchy golden mini corn dog snacks with aioli, ketchup and mustard or any other dips of your choice. Enjoy!
