In a large pot pour in the Country Crock Plant Cream, Sugar, Water, and Vanilla bean pods. Gently whisk them together.
Allow the mixture to come to a boil.
Once at a rolling boil remove off of heat and add xantham gum.
Immersion blend the mixture.
Strain vanilla bean pods.
Cover with saran wrap and allow to cool for 3+ hours.
Pour chilled plant ice cream mixture into an ice cream machine.
Let mix and enjoy!
