  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll each cinnamon roll onto a cutting board. Cut the dough into 2 pieces if using the small tube of cinnamon rolls, 4 if large.
  3. Using the strips of dough, shape them into shamrocks with 3 leaves and one stem. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. While baking, make the glaze by whisking the Country Crock and powdered sugar together until it’s a glaze consistency.
  5. Drizzle onto the shamrock cinnamon rolls and scatter with shamrock sprinkles. Enjoy!
