  • sprinkles of your choice

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat Country Crock Plant Butter, sugar and softened vegan cream cheese. Beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract to the Plant Butter – Sugar mixture, and beat until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, add all-purpose flour and salt.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture to Plant Butter mixture, spoon by spoon, and beat until well incorporated.
  6. Place dough in a cookie press with your choice of disk, as per instructions.
  7. Press dough out onto a lined baking sheet and make various designs.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown on the edges.
  9. Take out the cookies and move them to a cooling rack.
  10. Decorate spritz cookies with a melted chocolate drizzle and sprinkles.
  11. Enjoy Spritz cookies with hot chocolate!
