    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread Zucchini and squash on a paper towel-lined cutting board or baking sheet; sprinkle on both sides with salt; set aside
    2. Brush crust on both sides with 2 tablespoons of the Country Crock Plant Butter; bake on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet until toasted but tender, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
    3. Pat zucchini mixture dry with paper towels; toss with 1 tablespoon of the Country Crock Plant Butter on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Roast until browned and very tender, 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once halfway.
    4. Meanwhile, process feta, Country Crock Plant Cream, lemon zest and juice, garlic powder, and remaining 3 tablespoons of the Country Crock Plant Butter in a food processor until smooth, about 1 minute. Stir in basil.
    5. Spread feta mixture over crust, leavving a 3/4 inch border. Top with zucchini mixture and tomatoes. Garnish with basil leaves. Cut into slices and serve.
