Ingredients

  • 4 pounds air-fried crispy chicken wings, equally divided into 3 parts
For Ranch Wing Sauce:
For Garlic Parmesan and Parsley Wing Sauce:
  • 1 cup Country Crock® Original Spread Original Spread
  • 2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
For Buffalo Wing Sauce
For serving platter:
  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks
  • mini cucumbers
  • radish
  • snap peas
  • sweet peppers
  • dill pickles
  • olives
  • Dipping sauces: blue cheese, buttermilk ranch, buffalo hot sauce, BBQ

Instructions

  1. Ranch Wing Sauce: In a mixing bowl, add melted Country Crock Original Spread and mix in with ranch seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Add salt to taste. Drizzle Ranch sauce on 1/3rd of the crispy chicken wings, toss well and set aside.
  2. Garlic Parmesan and Parsley Wing Sauce: In a small pot over medium heat, add Country Crock Original Spread. Once it starts melting, add minced garlic and mix for a few seconds. Then add in chopped parsley and parmesan cheese. Cook for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over 1/3rd of the crispy chicken wings and shred some fresh parmesan on them before tossing and setting aside.
  3. Buffalo Wing Sauce: In a mixing bowl, add melted Country Crock Original Spread and mix in with buffalo sauce. Add salt to taste. Drizzle over the remaining 1/3rd of the crispy chicken wings, toss and set aside.
  4. Now assemble all three types of chicken wings on a platter with dipping sauces of choice and lots of vegetables, dill pickles and olives. Serve and enjoy!
