Cheddar Dog Biscuits

Cheddar Dog Biscuits

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Original Spread
  • 1/3 cup whole milk

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add flour, cheese and Country Crock Spread in a bowl and stir together.
  3. Gradually add milk and fold into the mixture slowly just until moistened.
  4. Roll dough onto a lightly floured surface to knead dough 8-10 times and flatten to ¼ inch thick.
  5. Use a cookie cutter to make shaped treats. We used the dog bone shape!
  6. Place shaped dough pieces onto a non-stick cookie sheet.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes for crunchy biscuits (15 minutes for softer biscuits).
  8. Take out of the oven and let stand until completely cooled.
  9. Whip out for the next doggie ‘snack time’; and keep the rest stored in an airtight container.
