Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Country Crock® Original Spread, melted Country fresh taste Country crock original
  • 21 ounces white chocolate candy melts
  • 2 cups Easter M&M'S®
  • 1 cup chocolate mini eggs
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 1 cup mini shredded wheat cereal
  • 1 cup Shreddies® cereal or Life® Multigrain cereal
  • 1 cup Crispix® cereal
  • 1 cup Cheerios™ Oat Crunch Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Line a medium to large baking sheet pan with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. In a large platter or bowl combine all the cereals and candies, evenly.
  3. In a medium size bowl add white chocolate melts and Country Crock® Original Spread. Microwave for 15 seconds on 50% power, stir. Microwave for another 15 seconds and stir. Follow this process until chocolate melts and is completely smooth. It should take roughly 45 to 90 seconds.
  4. Gently pour melted chocolate over the snack mix.
  5. Place the baking tray in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, until firm.
  6. Break into pieces, serve and enjoy!
