Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, maple syrup, and Country Crock® Plant Butter and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the almonds, pecans, walnuts, oats, cinnamon, and salt together.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
Spread evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, tossing half-way through.
Let the granola cool completely before breaking up into chunks and storing in a glass jar with a lid.
