1 1/4 cups whole milk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup Country Crock® Original Spread, melted
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup banana, sliced

Preheat the oven to 425 F.
In a blender, add all the wet ingredients - milk, eggs, vanilla extract and melted Country Crock Original Spread®.
In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients - All-purpose flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder and salt, and mix well.
Now add the dry mix to the blender and blend until smooth.
Grease a 9x13inch sheet pan with Country Crock Original Spread and pour the pancake batter onto the greased pan. Flatten the batter evenly with a spatula.
Add and arrange strawberry and banana slices onto the batter and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Allow to cool. Then slice the sheet pan pancakes.
Serve with Country Crock Original Spread and maple syrup and enjoy!
