Instructions

  1. Arrange the potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Or cook in boiling water 15 minutes until tender.
  2. Combine Country Crock Spread and lemon zest.
  3. Arrange potatoes in serving dish. Lightly smash the potatoes, brush with Country Crock mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
