Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blender on high until mixture is smooth and has thickened slightly, 1-2 minutes.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 1 hour. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until fully set, at least 4 hours.
Dip popsicle mold in hot water for 30 seconds to loosen popsicles. Carefully remove popsicles from mold, and wrap each in wax paper and place in a plastic bag for storage in the freezer.
