Ingredients

Lemon & Dill Compound Plant Butter
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Avocado Oil, softened
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cranberry & Orange Compound Plant Butter
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Avocado Oil, softened
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
Garlic & Herb Compound Plant Butter
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Avocado Oil, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients, according to the flavor of each variety, in separate bowls until well combined.
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper of about 8 x 8 inch in size on the counter and add one variety of Plant Butter mixture on top of the parchment paper.
  3. Using your hands or spoon, pat and roll the butter into a log shape and roll the Plant Butter log inside of the parchment paper, twisting both the ends in opposite directions to each other. You can firmly press the Plant Butter into a log shape by using a bench scraper, or any flat-edged kitchen utensil.
  4. Repeat this process with the other 2 varieties of Plant Butter mixtures.
  5. Once all logs are prepared, refrigerate them until they are firm and ready to use, about 4-6 hours. Slice into ½ inch slices and serve!
