  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar


  1. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Beat Country Crock® Spread, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs. Beat in flour mixture until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Chill dough 30 minutes or until firm. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease baking sheets; set aside. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in confectioners sugar. Arrange balls on prepared sheets, 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are firm and tops are cracked. Let stand 2 minutes on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
