Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and Country Crock® Buttery Sticks in medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Press crumb mixture on bottom and halfway up sides in 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sour cream and remaining 1 cup sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs, vanilla and lemon peel until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until almost set in center.
Turn oven off, open door slightly and let cake cool in oven about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, top with sliced strawberries.
