Creamy Mac 'N Cheese

  • 8 ounces cellentani pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Plant Butter with Almond Oil Stick
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese*


  1. Cook pasta in large pot according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, melt Country Crock® Plant Butter with Almond Oil over medium heat in large saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in flour and mustard and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in milk and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted; remove from heat.
  4. Toss pasta with sauce and serve.
