2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Plant Butter with Almond Oil Stick
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese*
Cook pasta in large pot according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile, melt Country Crock® Plant Butter with Almond Oil over medium heat in large saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in flour and mustard and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in milk and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted; remove from heat.
