Preheat oven to 425°. In 9-inch pie plate, spread 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spreadable Butter With Canola Oil on bottom and up sides. Arrange a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese, salt and pepper; repeat. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons Spreadable Butter. Bake covered 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. With knife, loosen potatoes from pie plate and invert onto serving dish.
