Crispy Baked Chicken Fingers

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed whole grain wheat flakes cereal or whole grain bread crumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Toss chicken with Country Crock® Spread in large bowl, then evenly coat with cereal. Arrange chicken on cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

TIP: For great flavor, add a bit of dried Italian seasoning or grated lemon peel to crumb mixture.
