Combine Country Crock® Spread, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt in medium bowl. Quickly dip one cake slice in seasoned salt mixture, then immediately place on grill; repeat with remaining slices. Grill, turning once, 2 minutes or until golden. Add fruit to remaining seasoned salt mixture; toss to coat. Grill, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden.
Combine preserves, remaining 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Stir before serving. Drizzle over pound cake and fruit. Garnish, if desired, with sour cream or whipped cream.
