  • 8 slices white bread
  • 6 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 9 slices turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 2/3 cup prepared pizza sauce, heated

Instructions

  1. Evenly top 4 bread slices with cheese and pepperoni. Top with remaining 4 bread slices.
  2. Combine Country Crock® Spread with oregano and evenly spread top sides of sandwiches with 2 tablespoons.
  3. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook sandwiches, Spread side down, until golden, about 2 minutes.
  4. Evenly spread tops with remaining Spread mixture. Turn and cook until golden, about 2 minutes. Cut each sandwich into 8 wedges. Serve with pizza sauce.
