Preheat oven to 375°. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside.
Beat Country Crock® Buttery Sticks with sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended.
Roll rounded teaspoonfuls dough into balls and arrange 3-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool 2 minutes on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
