Herbed Garlic Bread
Somehow garlic bread just rounds out the meal.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D or Country Crock® Spread
- 1 tsp. dried herbs, crushed, or 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh herbs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 loaf French or Italian bread (about 12 oz.), sliced lengthwise
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except bread in small bowl. Arrange bread on baking sheet; spread with herb mixture. Broil* until golden.
