don’t love it, we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.
Here’s how to get your money back:
Step 1:
Download, print and complete by hand and in full this Money Back Guarantee Form
Step 2:
Enclose all of the following in an envelope:
a. The original completed Money Back Guarantee Form.
b. The original store register receipt with a specially-marked Country Crock® Original Spread
product (427g or 850g) purchased between 01/01/24 – 12/31/24. Please circle product
purchased and date on store receipt.
Step 3:
Mail all items listed above within 30 days of your purchase date (all claims must be post-markedwithin
30 days of purchase and must be received no later than February 28, 2025). Mail with the proper postage to:

REIMBURSEMENT LIMITED TO PRICE OF ONE PACKAGE ONLY, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF
PACKAGES PURCHASED. Only mail-in Money Back Guarantee Form with original store receipt will be accepted; no
photocopies are allowed. Offer only valid for Country Crock® Original Spread (427g or 850g) packages. Purchase must be
made in Canada. Applicants must be age of majority in their province or territory of legal residence. No responsibility is
assumed for lost, late or misdirected mail or illegible and incomplete requests, or torn, separated or non- delivered mail,
mail with insufficient postage or undelivered submissions. Ineligible or incomplete requests will not be honored.
Purchase of eligible Country Crock® Original Spread (427g or 850g) packages must be made between Jan 1, 2024 and
December 31, 2024. Please circle the product purchased and date of purchase on the store receipt. All requests for
reimbursement must be post-marked within 30 days of purchase and must be received at the address above no later
than February 28, 2025. Offer valid only in Canada. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this offer or
reproduce or distribute this form or any portion thereof to its members. Does not include sales tax. May not be used in
conjunction with other offers. Allow at least 6-8 weeks for delivery of reimbursement cheque. By submitting this form,
