Portions 12
Ingredients
1 cup (240 mL) Country Crock® Original Spread
12 bread slices
Cinnamon Sugar:
2 tablespoons (30 mL) cinnamon powder
1⁄2 cup (120 mL) granulated sugar
Icing Dip:
1 1⁄2 cup (360 mL) powdered sugar
1 tablespoon (15 mL) milk
2 tablespoons (30 mL) Country Crock® Original Spread, melted
1⁄4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) vanilla extract
Instructions
Start by making a roll with the leftover bread crust and insert a skewer to hold the shape.
Gently brush each roll with Country Crock® Original spread.
Add Country Crock® Original spread to a pan and pan-fry the rolls until both sides are golden brown.
When hot, gently sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of each roll.
To make the icing dip, combine melted Country Crock® Original spread, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until it reaches a dip-like consistency and is lump-free. Add more milk or powdered sugar based on your desired thickness.
Take out the skewers from each cinnamon sugar crust.
