Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

  1. To begin, you will need three mixing bowls (one must be microwave safe).
  2. In the microwave safe bowl, add the refried beans and microwave for about 1 minutes. Stir in the taco seasoning.
  3. In another bowl, make an avocado mash. Scoop out the avocados, add lime juice, and a big pinch of salt and mash until almost smooth (some chunks are fine!).
  4. In the remaining bowl, whisk the sour cream and Country Crock® together until smooth.
  5. Now, assemble the dip. A glass pie plate works well, but you can use another serving dish as well. Layer the ingredients in the following order: 1. Seasoned refried beans 2. Avocado mash 3. Sour Cream mixture 4. Cheese 5. chopped tomatoes 6. Sliced black olives 7. Sliced green onion
  6. Serve with chips.
