Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare the buffalo sauce by whisking 1/4 cup Country Crock® Original Spread and hot sauce together in a bowl.
In an 8 or 9-inch skillet set over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Original Spread. Add the shallots and sweat. Add the cream cheese, blue cheese, and buffalo sauce and mix together until combined. Turn off the heat and add the shredded chicken, mixing well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling on the sides.
Serve with chips, veggies, crackers and or crostini.
