Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add Country Crock®, honey, and cinnamon. Use an electric hand mixer to blend the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. Peel the butternut squash and remove the seeds. Cut squash into cubes, roughly 1/2''-1'' in size. Transfer cubes to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Melt 1 tablespoon of the reserved honey cinnamon Country Crock® and add to the mixing bowl. Toss the squash in melted Country Crock® mixture, coating all pieces. Place squash in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes, or until squash is golden brown and fork-tender. Shake the air fryer basket every 5 minutes to ensure uniform browning.
  5. Return cooked squash to the mixing bowl, add a tablespoon of the Country Crock® mixture and stir until it is fully melted and coating the squash. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped rosemary on top.
Keep remaining honey cinnamon Country Crock® in the refrigerator and enjoy spread on toast.
