Our Buttercream Frosting recipe uses only 4 ingredients so it's super easy to whip up. Country Crock is just the right consistency to make our Buttercream extra creamy and easy to spread on your cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Avocado Oil
1 lb. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

Beat Country Crock® Plant Butter in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually beat in confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla on low speed until blended.
Beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
