Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475* F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Heat 2 T Country Crock® in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and pinch of salt, lowering heat to allow onions to release moisture. Stir occasionally every few minutes until onions begin to caramelize slightly. Mix in cut ham and allow to brown. If the pan becomes dry, add more Country Crock to maximize the browning. Stir in spinach and remove from heat.
  3. While the skillet ingredients are cooking, melt ½ c. Country Crock in the microwave, then stir in grated garlic and optional dried herbs.
  4. Divide dough into 4 equal sized balls. On a floured surface, roll out into ⅛” oblong shapes and place two on each baking sheet. Brush buttery garlic mixture onto the entire surface of each flatbread, and top with ½ cup cheese, lightly divided onto each. Bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove flatbreads from the oven. Add sliced swiss cheese atop each crust. Then divide onion, ham, and spinach mixture evenly among 4 flatbreads, adding on top of the swiss. Top with ¼ c. mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove and cool for 1-2 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
