- 3 tablespoons Dutch process cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

- 1 tablespoon hot water

Instructions
Chocolate Mug Cake from Box Mix
- Brush a 12-16 ounce mug with Country Crock®.
- In the mug, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve warm within 10 minutes topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, as desired.

- Brush a 12-16 ounce mug with Country Crock.
- In the mug, whisk together all of the dry ingredients, followed by the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve warm within 10 minutes topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, as desired.
