Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly brush a 12-cup muffin tin with Country Crock Original Spread.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into balls then place them in a bowl. In a separate bowl, add the melted Country Crock Original Spread, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, cheddar and parmesan, mixing well. Pour the mixture over the biscuit pieces and gently toss together until everything is evenly coated.
Place 5 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup and sprinkle with additional cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and brush with more melted Country Crock Original Spread and serve warm.
