    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle
    • 1 1/2 lbs Country Sausage Links
    • 2 Yukon Gold potatoes
    • 1 onion cut into wedges
    • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch cubes
    • 1 yellow pepper cut into 1-inch cubes (can use orange peppers)
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
    2. Place the potato wedges, sliced onion, and bell peppers on the prepared sheet pan, spreading them out evenly.
    3. Arrange the sausage links on the sheet pan among the vegetables.
    4. Drizzle the Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle evenly over the ingredients.
    5. To a small bowl, add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix and sprinkle it over everything on the sheet pan.
    6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the potatoes are tender, with crispy edges.
    7. About 5 minutes before the cooking time is up, remove the sheet pan from the oven, lightly toss the vegetables and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
    8. Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
    For optimal results, ensure the vegetables and meat are evenly spread out on the sheet pan rather than stacked, as this may result in "steaming" instead of "roasting." Ample space allows for proper air circulation and ensures each ingredient achieves the desired crispy texture.
