Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat griddle to medium-low. While the griddle is preheating, mix 1/2 cup Drizzle and Sizzle, smoked paprika, and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Keep mixture close to the griddle.
  2. Drizzle about 1/4 cup Drizzle and Sizzle onto the hot griddle. Add corn, and salt and black pepper, and cook on one side until lightly charred. Brush a generous amount of the pre-made spiced Drizzle and Sizzle mixture directly onto the corn, applying a thin coating over each cob.
  3. Turn the cobs until each side is charred, continuing to baste with spiced Drizzle and Sizzle mixture throughout the process. Cover the corn - with either the griddle lid or a basting dome - when not basting or turning.
  4. Cook time will vary based on several factors including the model of griddle that you are using, but plan for a total time of 20-30 minutes. If the corn is charring very quickly, reduce heat to low.
  5. Serve hot with Drizzle and Sizzle and lime wedges for serving.
